Observation: Droppings noted in the following areas:
> Large reach-in cooler: inside the cooler along the edge on the customer side, on top of the concrete strip.
> CDS room: back corner behind dishwashing sink surrounding boxes and crate and under 1st shelving unit to the left against the back wall (same wall along dishwashing sink)
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, then clean and sanitize areas using a bleach solution. Frequent inspection for and removal of droppings will help to monitor the level of rodent activity.

> Each cooler/freezer unit is equipped with a digital thermometer that is connected to an alarm system.
> Food storage satisfactory. All items are stored off the floor.
> Refuse area for cardboard and organics maintained in good condition.
> Loading bay doors must remain closed when not actively receiving shipment.
> General sanitation satisfactory. Minor spillage of dry goods noted in the pantry aisles (rice, sugar, flour) - ensure all hard to reach areas are cleaned weekly as per cleaning schedule.
> Pest control services are provided by Orkin. No changes to services since last routine - visits increase in frequency during spring/summer months.
> Mechanical traps are placed at each double-door entrance to the warehouse. Doors to garden centre open at time of inspection - this area will be closed by mid-June.
