Please ensure test strips are used to verify the sanitizer concentration prior to using for the day. > Cleaning has been completed for fan cover in walk-in cooler and shelving for prep table - food debris and rodent droppings have been removed. Signature not obtained due to COVID protocols. Report reviewed with operator on site.
