Observation: Concentration of iodophor sanitizr in the bar glasswasher does not appear to be sufficient (Test strip is showing insufficient iodine concentration despite having a nearly-full jug Mikroklene sanitizer connected to the machine)
Corrective Action(s): Discontinue use of the glasswasher (use the dishwashing machine in the kitchen instead) until the glasswasher has been inspected and confirmed to be providing at least 12.5ppm iodine residual during operation.
