spoke to operator with concerns of complaint; no evidence of crimped metal clip in meat grinding/sausage forming area
meat processing is done in separate room, then moved to grinder/sausage forming equipment which auto offs if jam in equipment
after sausage is formed crimped with crimping tool; rings are not individually separated; all linked together on tool in manner only 1 crimped sausage at a time; placement of where to crimp is manually done
