Routine inspection conducted. - Food storage practices were satisfactory. - Temperature of walk in cooler recorded at 4C - Stand up freezer at -18C - 1 stand up freezer was turned off. Staff stated that they don't have that many frozen food products to be stored in the freezer. - No signs of pest activity observed. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Handwash and 3 compartment dishwashing sink available in the back. Overall, improvement noted in terms of food storage practices and sanitation of the facility.
