All coolers,including deli cases are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C or colder. All freezers are -18 degrees C or colder. Temperature logs are being maintained. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Sanitizer at sink measured a 200 PPM quat residual at dispenser. Rotisserie chicken oven in need of repair due to minor leak. Operator had already placed a service call. No longer hot holding samosas. General sanitation is overall good.
