Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces before handling foods.
Corrective Action(s): The operator prepared 100ppm chlorine sanitizer in a bucket and stored cloths at the time of inspection.
Ensure to prepare sanitizer solution prior to handling foods to sanitize food contact surfaces (countertop).

Observation: Low temp dishwaher is unable to produce 50ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface. The operator is to call for repair today.
Corrective Action(s): The operator is to implement manual dishwashing until the dishwasher is repaired. (sanitize with bleach water (1teaspoon per 1L of water) for 2 minutes and then air dry)

- Handsinks are equipped with liquid soap & paper towels but low on soap. **Refill all soap dispensers
- Temperatures of all refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezer)
- Foods are stored off of floor, protected from contamination
- Ice machine is maintained in a sanitary manner
- Meat slicer is maintained
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection

**Sweep under shelves in the dry storage area as some spilled foods (rice) were observed.
