Observation: Operator has the State Public Health Food Worker Card issued by Public Health SEattle & King County Washington. However, this is not currently recognized as equivalent to FoodSafe.

Observation: No paper towel in the dispenser at the kitchen handwashing station.
Correction: Ensure paper towel is available. This infraction was noted at the previous inspection. Future violation will result in enforcement action being taken.
Comments

Clean up in the kitchen has been done. Covers have been provided for the overhead light fixtures.
Attend to the cleaning in the dry store room, i.e., floor and pellet.
Close the gap under the back door to keep out mice.
