Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BJYVAD. Preparation cooler noted on previous report was measured at an ambient temperature of 3 degrees C. Plumbing connections located below hand sink were tightened and no leaks were observed upon tightening. Continue to monitor area for leakage and have plumbing / connections serviced as needed to ensure leaks do not return. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in buckets at 200 ppm. Quats test strips on site. Equipment and utensils observed to be in sanitary condition. Chemicals observed to be labeled. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Pest control service reports available. Most recent report indicates no activity found.
