Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available on site in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm.
Bleach available on site for manual warewashing. Note: Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle on site tested at greater than 200 ppm chlorine; diluted to 200 ppm chlorine at time of inspection. Reminder: For a 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution, mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon unscented household bleach (5.25% sodium hypochlorite) for every 1 litre of water.
Ice machine in clean condition. Ice scoop stored outside of ice machine.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
Discussed preparation of foods as well as cleaning and sanitizing of utensils and equipment. It was stated that the majority of food items are cooked at another nearby location (approved food service establishment) and larger utensils and equipment are washed and sanitized at this location as well.
Note: Minor food debris located in some areas such as shelving and hard to reach areas. Ensure these areas are properly cleaned prior to opening as food debris may attract pest activity.
