Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach based sanitizer had 0ppm residual disinfectant in spray bottle and original concentrate bottle.
Corrective Action(s): Quats sanitizer concentrate available on site. Change out spray bottles and ensure that a disinfectant is available at all times and checked daily (100ppm chlorine or 200pm quats).

Observation: Premise currently working through a mouse infestation. Professional pest control company coming in once per month.
Corrective Action(s): In addition to doing the deep clean mentioned previously, ensure that all the pest control recommendations are followed. Also ensure that all traps placed by operator are checked daily.

Observation: Gap under door in dry storage room with labels/spices.
Corrective Action(s): Replace/install weather stripping on inside (current exterior sweep misses the end of the door on the hinge side and mice can get in there). Due: 1 week

Observation: Build up of food in hard to reach areas and around feet/castors of food equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning of premises required paying particular attention to the hard to reach areas of the floor in production areas, product shelves and areas that are not used as often (storage rooms). Due: 1 month

Note: One walk in cooler was not working at time of inspection but had already been found and product moved to alternate cooler by staff. Repair person arrived during inspection.
