Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # PKUR-CEJQYA of May-18-2022 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Paper towel dispenser was empty. Current dispenser is too far from the sink (and requires wet hands to drip over food prep area) and is not suitable for the type of paper towels being used. Correction: Operator placed paper towel by sink. Paper towel must be in a dispenser. Can use a table top dispenser or mount a dispenser on the wall close to the soap dispenser. Correct by June 1, 2022.

Follow-up inspection to report PKUR-CEJQYA. Paper towel dispenser has been relocated and re-stocked - thank you. Label all chemical/soap bottles to prevent chemical contamination. Reminder: all raw meats and seafood must be located underneath ready to eat foods and vegetables/fruits.
