Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentration in Avmore Ecopure EP66 disinfectant/sanitizer spray bottle in the deli area was below required concentration of 200ppm quaternary ammonia. Concentration at time of inspection was ~50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer supply chemical is nearly empty at the fill station in the janitor's closet. Refilled sanitizer spray bottle with a chlorine bleach and water solution (100-200ppm concentration) as a temporary measure until supply chemical is replaced.
*Ensure to confirm sanitizer solution concentrations daily using test strips from the supplier.
*Ensure adequate supply of chemicals are on-hand at all times
*Ensure employees are trained on procedures to refill/replace chemicals when required
