Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff informed that items manually washed are soaked in sanitizer for 30 seconds before air dry. Sanitizer in third sink measured at 0ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): All manually washed items must be soaked for 2 minutes at minimum before air dry. 200ppm Quats is required.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink completely obstructed by two trollies of bulk goods.
Corrective Action(s): Requested staff to relocate trolly immediately. Do not block handsink, it must be accessible at all times.
