A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CT8PXR and the following observations were made:
- Low temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine on the dish surface level
- Dry storage maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Ensure to clean all the hard to reach locations during routine cleaning
- Sanitation log maintained as requested. Ensure to check if low temperature dishwasher is able to provide AT LEAST 50 PPM chlorine at all times.
- Test chemical level for low temperature dishwasher daily and record in sanitation log
- Submit a copy of the sanitation log to EHO via e-mail on July 15th.
