The premises has been renovated. Please submit an updated floor plan for the kitchen showing the layout of all equipment (i.e., dishwasher, grease trap, fryer, stove...etc)..
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Install the paper towel and soap dispenser in a location in the kitchen so that they are more accessible.
Temperature of coolers are satisfactory.
Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher.
Remove all unused items from the premises (i.e., in the old store room, clutter in the bar).
