- Food store with pre-packaged food products and drip coffee. - Hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel present at sink for handwashing - Coolers where potentially hazardous foods were stored were 4C or colder and supplied with thermometers: - 2 door reach in cooler 2C - Sliding door grocery cooler 3C - Freezers were maintaining products in a frozen state. - Grocery freezers -22C, -23C - Ice cream (pre-packaged) freezers -18C, -23C - Food products are stored off of the floor on shelving/displays - Single use disposable cups used for drip coffee. Bleach present and used to sanitize coffee pots. Milk/cream for coffee stored in cooler. - Glue traps present for pest monitoring. Front door is kept closed to prevent/limit potential pest entry - Sanitation of store area is satisfactory. Ensure area behind point of sale area is kept organized and free from clutter so as not to create harbourage area for pests.
