Routine inspection is conducted.
- Repackaging of oat flour and quick oats.
Note: Operator will be adding new packaging machine which will be available in future.
- Handsinks in the production area and washroom - satisfactory (hot and cold running water - available).
- 3-compartment sink was operational. A drain plug was available for setting up 100 ppm chlorine solution.Three compartment sink is manual warewashing of scoops.
- Bleach was available on-site. Note: Ensure that you prepare 100ppm bleach solution when the facility is in operation.
- Storage (of food packaging and food items) is satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of operation.
