Routine Inspection Conducted

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 0'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Sandwich cooler #1 in kitchen at 3'C (top) and 4'C (bottom)
- Sandwich cooler #2 in kitchen at 1'C (top) and 0'C (bottom)
- Display cooler in deli area at 0'C
- Hot-holding units for soup measured at > 60'C

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises good during inspection
- All hand washing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- QUATS sanitizer bottles (X4) at 200 ppm QUATS concentration
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- All equipment maintained in a sanitary condition
- Ventilation hood in sanitary condition (last serviced in Aug 2021)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

3. Storage:
- All food observed covered
- Raw meats stored away from ready-to-eat foods

4. Personnel:
- Staff observed washing their hands often when handling deli meat (from raw to ready-to-eat)
- Gloves in use and changed between each order
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms

5. Administration:
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises
- Operating permit visible during time of inspection
