- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bins/spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean condition. Handwash station fully stocked.

- All coolers < or = 4C
- Front display beverage cooler = 15C. Only non perishable canned/bottled drinks stored inside.
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Rice cooker = 60C
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
