Observation: Wine production room does not have paper towel in dispenser at the 1 sink also used as an equipment washing sink.
There is hand soap and paper towel in dispenser in the washrooms.
Correction: Please install paper towel dispenser in wine production room and use this as a designated hand sink before touching product or testing product.

Observation: Dishwasher not reaching 71C the bar, see comments above.
Correction: Please call once dishwasher is fixed.

Hand sinks supplied with soap and paper towel in dispenser and hot and cold running water. Thank you.
Screens have been installed for fly prevention, thank you.
Mechanical dishwasher registered at 75C at the dish surface at the time of inspection. Minimum temperature required for high-temp dishwasher is 71C at the dish surface.

Dropped off application and package for Wine Production side to separate the two facilities.
