Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small containers of tartar sauce displayed in front glass cooler at a temperature of 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Tartar sauce was placed immediately back into the kitchen cooler at 4C or less. Do not store tartar sauce above 4C as it can lead to the growth of bacteria that could cause foodborne illness.

Observation: Ventilation slats have not been adequately cleaned from the last inspection. Greasy residues are present throughout the slats. Failure to do so will result in further progressive enforcement, including the issuance of correction orders and/or violation tickets.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and degrease the ventilation slats - a follow-up inspection will be conducted in two days' time to ensure that this is done.

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 18, 2018.
- Pest droppings have been removed from back storage area. Thank you for your co-operation

An additional follow-up inspection will occur to check status of stand-up display cooler, as well as the sanitary condition of the ventilation slats. Do not place store vats of tartar sauce in the stand-up cooler until a follow-up inspection has been done to verify that the cooler can maintain 4C or less.
