Observation: Downstairs fridge observed to be not properly cold holding. Manager on site stated cooler was recently serviced. .
Correction: Relocate milk/eggs cheese as instructed. Contact repair technician and do not use until repaired and cold holding at <4c. Staff were relocating perishables to kitchen fridge at time of inspection.
