- General sanitation is good. - All coolers (display, upright) < or = 4C. - All freezers (display, chests) < or = -18C - No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. Back door seal installed at the bottom to prevent pest entry. - No bulk food items stored in bins. - Random food items (i.e. baby formula, fruits/vegetables, eggs, milk) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition. - Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination. - Prepackaged foods and whole vegetables ONLY.
