- Servery only. No changes to operational procedures. All food storage and preparation is conducted @ Kin Village Kitchen. (Across parking lot - Compass Group) Transported to Kin Court South - hot held - served - leftovers discarded.
- Temperature Control: No concerns. Monitoring required.
- Mechanical Dishwasher (High Temp) = Ok.
- Wiping cloth storage discussed. Cloths are to be kept completely submerged in the sanitizer buckets. Buckets are to be monitored and the solution is to be changed routinely.
- Food Storage: No double stacking of food storage containers is permitted, while "saran wrap" is being used to cover food items.
- Sanitary facilities: OK.
- Staff Hygiene: Reviewed.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times. All items to be stored in designated areas.
