Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not place food items directly inside the prep sink. Use a stainless steel bowl when placing food items in the prep sink. All cooked items must be cooled within 2 hours at room temperature and served or stored in coolers or freezers. Date to be corrected: Today and on going.
2) Cover all food items inside the walk in cooler. Date to be corrected: Today and on going.
3) Discard all dry food items without proper lids in the dry storage area due to infestation of mouse droppings. Date to be corrected: Today
