Routine inspection of kitchen for use by rental groups: Ensure a temporary food permit is obtained from Fraser Health for any public temporary events where there is food service. 2 compartment sink available for ware washing. Domestic cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer section at -15 degrees C. General sanitation is adequate. Ensure during operation: - The liquid soap dispenser is fully functional and paper towel dispenser stocked with single use paper towels. - A 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available for sanitizing all food contact surfaces. General sanitizer formula: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.
