Observation: Heavy presence of droppings in the following areas:

> In the crevice between wall and floor in linen room
> Surrounding grease trap
> On shelving around pest proof containers
> Loading bay underneath tables
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, then clean and sanitize areas with a bleach solution. Frequent removal of droppings will help to monitor activity and determine if droppings are old or new.

> Handsink and staff washroom sink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> High temperature dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of at least 71C as per thermolabel.
> 200-400ppm QUATS solution available for sanitizing.
> Pest control sevices are provided monthly by Abell. Service reports however are not provided.
> Storage of food is satisfactory. All products are off the floor, covered and protected from contamination.
> Linen storage is satisfactory. Clean linens are stored separate from dirty/soiled linens.
> Vent hood in sanitary condition. Last professional cleaning was completed in March 2022, next cleaning scheduled for September 2022.
> Health permit posted.
