Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Prep cooler storing breakfast burritos, sauce and condiments measured at 13.6 degrees Celsius. This can present a health hazard as these temperature conditions allow for growth of bacteria that may cause foodborne illness.
Corrected during inspection: Burritos, ranch sauce moved to the walk-in cooler as they were placed inside of the prep cooler during the morning of the inspection.
