Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine inside had mold on the surface.
-Remove black mold off the surfaces including the well.
-Use bleach water to sanitize the surface after cleaning.
-Ice make must be cleaned + sanitized regularly.
-Recommended to be cleaned once a week.
