304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Minimal amount of mouse droppings found in Aisle 6 and along the walls in back storage area. Corrective Action(s): Remove the mouse droppings. Clean and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Wear gloves and proper PPE during cleaning. Continue monitoring for any new rodent activity. Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to the inspection conducted on September 15, 2021 regarding pest problem (refer to inspection report #TGIL-C6VSWG). The following observations were made during inspection: - Huge improvement noticed in the facility. - The operator cleaned and sanitized all the shelves top to bottom. - Wooden pallets are moved away from walls. - Certified Pest Control Company is conducting routine inspections. - Cleaning company has been contracted. - Following spots that could act as potential entry points were sealed: In the corner where upright coolers are located Gap in the floor (near Nanak Dahi storage area) Hole in the floor under the upright cooler (storage for Silk coconut milk) - The operator is still waiting for the parts to repair overhead door. - All the aisles and wooden pallets were thoroughly assessed. Minimal sign of mouse dropping or rodent activity observed (See violation above).
