Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # AHEN-BGV3SF of Oct-11-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: 2-compartment sink in the back storage room had debris present on it. Correction: Clean and sanitize the 2-compartment sink so that the debris is removed and it is in a clean condition; Correct prior to use today.

Follow up inspection: -2-compartment sink was cleaned. -Primer was on the walls in the back storage room. -Wall will be re-painted according to the Operator. -A cleaner was available for the coffee dispensing equipment. Operator stated that they would contact Shell to inquire into a sanitizer (chlorine or iodine powder form) for this equipment. -QUATS sanitizer was available on-site.
