Routine Inspection
Standing fridge at 4 C or below.
Mini milk cooler at 4 C or below.
Standing freezer and chest freezer at -18 C.
3 door undercounter not in use as a cooler - only used for storage of containers. This is acceptable as long as you do not need the extra cold storage.

Operator has changed menu:
No longer selling soft serve ice cream or poke.
Hot dogs (pre-cooked), chicken skewers (pre-cooked) and ramen noodles have been added to menu.
Please provide a food safety plan for all new items.

Operator states raw chicken in cooler is not for any menu item at this time. A food safety plan must be submitted and reviewed before raw meats can be used.
Ensure there is sufficient space to prepare raw meats and keep it away from cooked/ready-to-eat foods.

Use a thermometer to verify cook temperatures. All foods must be cooked and re-heated to at least 74 C.

Bleach in spray bottle was too strong and re-made. Only use 1/2 tsp of bleach per litre of water.
3 compartment sink is used for dishwashing but not set up at the time of inspection.
When sink is used for food preparation, ensure it is sanitized before use.

**Obtain a proper garbage disposal bin. The garbage container currently used is not an adequate size.
**Keep staff foods/belongings separate from food/items used for the public.
