Follow up inspection:
Three thermometers were purchased and in use:
-Probe thermometer was available to check that potentially hazardous food is cooked to at least 74 degrees C (165 degrees F) within 2 hours.
-Front cooler and second cooler in the back room were equipped with thermometers to check that the coolers are maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
-No hot holding and cooling is done for the food according to staff.
