Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach solution prepared for prep surface disinfection nor manual dishwashing. 200ppm chlorine solution prepared at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the 100-200ppm chlorine solution prepared by mixing 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water. Test the solution using the provided test strips. All manually washed cooking tools/utensils should be soaked in 200ppm chlorine solution and air dried as explained at this time. Two Sink Dishwashing Method poster provided at this time.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Cooler operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
-Warmer in use when serving food. NOTE: Ensure the unit is operating at 60'C or above when in use.
-Hot/cold running water available at all sinks.
-Ventilation canopy hood serviced and maintained.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.

Facility operates X2 per week to serve 30-40 people each time. Single use plates/utensils in use only. Mechanical dishwasher available for use, but no longer in use. Contact the health inspector to notify, if to use the dishwasher again.
