Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BLFVAU. Ice scoop stored in designated scoop storage container at time of inspection. Hand sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. It was confirmed with the contracted pest control operator that bait boxes contain no bait; boxes contain snap traps only. Remaining items to be corrected: 1. Ensure all remaining areas noted on last report are properly cleaned. 2. Ensure fly population is effectively controlled. Refer to previous routine health inspection report for details.
