Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach water sanitizer spray bottle was unlabeled.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle was lableled at time of inspection. Discussed with staff: Ensure labels are durable and relabel as often as needed. Ensure all chemicals, cleansers, and similar agents are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse.

Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
Bleach water sanitizer available in bottle. Note: Test strip was reading over 200 ppm chlorine--sanitizer was diluted to 200 ppm chlorine at time of inspection. Ensure bleach to water ratio is measured consistently. It is recommended to obtain appropriate chlorine test strips to verify concentration.
Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary condition.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
