304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Significant number of droppings found throughout premise. Contract with pest control company in place (Abel) and corrections were required of premise from pest control company as noted on last report from Abel.
Corrective Action(s): See previous code for details on cleaning.
Follow all direction from pest control company (required and recommended) to work towards getting issue under control.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Observed holes in walls and gaps under doors that could allow for pest entry/harborage.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the following:
- hole under two compartment sink in corner of wall at the floor level with steel or other material that is pest proof
- large hole in wall across from office area in back
- replace back double bay door weather stripping so that it is impervious to pests (strip must be solid and no light be seen looking from inside out).

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Mouse droppings found through out store on floor and in/on displays. Droppings found in cracks of displays that staff stated were just cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): - Purchase vacuum cleaner (ex shop vac) to assist with dropping removal in hard to clean areas
- Work through store, dismantling all displays and moving all stationary risers and thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas, removing all old droppings as well as any nesting materials.
- Clean under display cooler.
- Put store displays on a rotation for cleaning so that some displays are dismantled and cleaned daily and by the end of the week all displays would be done. Write this plan down and submit to undersigned.

Observation: Half pallets being used as risers on wall backing the display cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Remove half pallets and replace with risers/shelves that are easy to clean under and have at least a 6" (15cm) gap underneath for cleaning and pest monitoring purposes.
