Comments

A second follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - The bar hand wash sink waste pipe is not leaking and the waitress area hand sink has no leaking water supply line. Plumber fixed this. - The external surfaces of the ice making machine is clean. A full internal and external cleaning is scheduled to be done on Sept. 18/18 by maintenance company. - The dishwasher screen and catch basin was cleaned. Ensure this is cleaned every night. - Damaged floor tiles to be scheduled in early November 2018 for repair. - Excess pop & beer lines to be removed late September 2018. - The following items are still outstanding: 1) The floor and lower wall beneath the pizza assembly tables still has accumulated food. 2) The wall behind the dishwasher screen still has food debris. 3) Undersides of prep tables and sinks have accumulated food.
