Follow up inspection conducted with the presence of 1 staff. - Bleach sanitizer available in the spray bottles and the buckets with wipe cloth, measured at 100ppm. - Staff wash their hands before return to work. - Handle repaired in hand sink at the front service area. Note: remember to sanitize the food contact surfaces with 100ppm bleach solution as needed. Discussion made with the staff on how and when to use bleach.
