- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine remaining at dish surface level after rinse cycle - good
- Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm - good
- General sanitation good
- Food storage practices good - all food stored off the floor and properly covered
- Walk-in cooler was measured to be at 2C
- Walk-in freezer was measured to be at -18C
- Refrigeration units equipped with accurate thermometers
- Ventilation canopy maintained in sanitary condition
