Hand sinks at front and in bathroom supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water **Front freezer running at -5C. Door is getting left ajar. Ensure door is being closed properly, and if temperatures don't come down have this unit repaired/ serviced. Under counter fridge 4C Hot dog condiment fridge 0C below, 4C at inserts. Hot held products in case >60C **Note your probe thermometer is low on battery and displaying an error message Coffee creamers found on ice at time of inspection. Manager on site said ice is getting replaced every 2 hours, and staff must follow a checklist.
