Follow-up inspection to complaint report #ZDER-BWT22K and F/U report #BX3TRZ Observations: -No obvious rodent droppings noted in dry food product shelving aisle during inspection - one rodent damaged prepackaged rice side dish noted. Removed from shelving during inspection and discarded. -All shelves appear to be fully loaded with food products/ packages - difficult to see behind products or under shelving. Corrective actions: -Reviewed inspection with Sales managers. Significant improvement noted - minimal pest activity and damage to products, however shelving is still too full. ***Decrease volume of food products on shelving to allow for pest monitoring, control and general cleaning. -Email update provided by Personnel Manager about direction and actions being taken by staff. Pest control (PC) report provided for service on Jan 6, 2021 - no mention of dry food products area/aisle of store in pest control report or actions taken by PC. ***FHA EHO requires better understanding of how many PC services have been provided since the initial complaint Dec 29, 2020, how often pest control leaves a report for operator/client and what actions by PC have been done to address the original complaint. -Email or call EHO with update.
