- 1/2 try pizza
- 2 containers of sauces

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution not present in the front food handling area. Sanitizer pail was being used to drain coffee from the coffee machine to discard.
Correction: Ensure sanitizer solution is always present in the food handling area. Sanitizer solution prepared during inspection.

Observation: Pop syrup spilled on the dry storage floor. Overall dry storage floor is sticky
Correction: Clean the spillage. Clean and sanitize the dry storage floor.

Observation: 1) Undercounter cooler noted at 15 Degrees Celsius. Temperature control knob set at 1 out of 5. Know dialled up to 5; however the temperature did not change.
2) Large bubbles noted in the QUATS sanitizer dispenser tubes. Correct concentration noted after draining the solution for about 70 seconds.
Correction: 1) Service the undercounter cooler so it can maintain 4 Degrees Celsius or lower. Do not use the undercounter cooler until the temperature is verified by Health Authority. Place 'Do Not Use' sign up to alert other staffs.
