Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection was conducted as follow-up to Routine Inspection #SVAA-CKBL3F dated Oct. 17, 2022. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure all contraventions identified from the routine inspection have been addressed.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At this inspection, there were 7 children present with the Manager. The outdoor play area was inspected, and the items identified from the routine inspection have been addressed. The gaps below the fence have been fully covered and the screen door has been taken down and will get replaced. A walk through of the indoor play area was inspected and the floors appear to be clear of debris and dirt. The broken crib in the nap room has been replaced with a new crib. The Manager sent Licensing a written response on Nov. 1, 2022 addressing the contraventions. No further action is required.
