Observation: Ant activity still present at back wall of bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control to conduct additional treatments and inspections to isolate source of ants and seal entry points.
Wall cavities around wall switches and baseboards to be sealed with silicone.
Areas affected by ant activity are to be cleaned and sanitized with dilute bleach daily.

Comments

Pre-cooked boiled eggs from central kitchen are now stored in prep coolers on cooking line and are reheated when needed for an order in noodle bath.
Staff are making better use of ice baths on cooking line - food inserts are immersed in larger bin of ice.
UV insect trap has been relocated away from food preparation counter into office room.
Required premise cleaning has been completed.
Sanitizer feeder adjacent to dishwasher has been serviced and now dispensing >200 ppm quaternary ammonia
Damaged blue plastic strainer has been discarded, and replaced.
Canopy ventilation for cooking equipment serviced this morning, contractor to make a return visit tomorrow to complete servicing.
