HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 9
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Upright refrigerator in the kitchen area is not maintaining adequate refrigeration temperature (~9 degrees Celsius at time of inspection). Unable to determine whether the unit is undergoing defrost cycle (digital readout on the front of the unit does not appear to be functioning correctly). Temp logs on site indicate that the temp was within acceptable operating range, however, the temperature remained elevated through the duration of the inspection and water appears to be leaking from the unit..
Corrective Action(s): Immediately transfer all potentially hazardous foods into the refrigerator in the locked storage room until refrigerator is inspected and repaired (if necessary) by a service technician. Do not use this refrigerator for storage of any potentially hazardous foods until it has been inspected and confirmed to be operational by a service technician.
Violation Score: 9

Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
