-Walk-in freezer was at -17C.
-Cake display coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 3C.
-Under counter cooler by the walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Customer area coolers were at 4C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer tested at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Permanent bakery storage bins will be installed in the future.
-Self-services bakery foods protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
