QUATs spray bottles and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Prep sink available. QUATs test strips available.
Prep coolers, walk-in cooler, display cooler, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezers, under counter freezer, and walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.

Food stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
No signs of pests observed. Pest control company contracted monthly. Latest pest control report conducted on July 28, 2021 noted no rodent, cockroaches, or fly activity.
