Observation: 1. Multiple containers of food still stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
2. Ice buildup still noted in the walk-in freezer.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Store all food items at least 6 inches off the floor to allow for effective cleaning and sanitation of the floor.
2. Defrost the freezer and remove the ice buildup to avoid potential contamination of food stored in the freezer.

Observation: 1. Debris and black buildup noted on the wall and floor below the 2-compartment sink and dishmachine area.
2. Black buildup noted on the interior (by the door) of the walk-in cooler (unit closes to the prep line)

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CDNT3V

Note: At the time of inspection, facility was not open to the public. Food preparation was occurring in the back of house. Facility opens at 4:00 PM.
Handwash station in the cook line equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Appropriate dispensers, with handles, being used to dispense bulk food. No handles or scoops were being stored in contact with food at the time of inspection.
Floor below the oven and deep fryer was noted in sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
Soda gun nozzle head holder was noted in sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
Prep cooler was able to reach 3.4C at the time of inspection.

Outstanding violation noted from the previous inspection report: Cracked/ chipped wall tiles, leading to exposed wood, noted by the walk-in cooler. As per the last routine inspection report, you have until June 20, 2022 to repair the broken tiles.
